AMD Services – Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all statutory requirements. This role involves preparation of annual corporation tax returns, payroll processing, preparation of financial statements, and management of indirect tax obligations, VAT/Green Fund and Business Levy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporation Taxes – Prepare and file Corporation Tax returns in compliance with statutory deadlines.
2. Payroll & Statutory Deductions – Calculate and process Payroll, NIS, PAYE, and Health Surcharge contributions.
3. Financial Statements – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements in accordance with accounting standards.
4. Indirect Taxes – Calculate and prepare VAT, Green Fund Levy, and Business Levy returns for submission.
5. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
6. Provide financial analysis and reporting support to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ACCA Level 2 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of local tax laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
